Refund Policy

Refundable Items

Booking fee/payment made by the customers upon confirmation of an vehicle order/purchase is fully refundable in circumstances that causes unsuccessful purchases, such as the bank hire purchase loan is rejected or circumstances causing order cancellation against customer's own will.

Not-Refundable Items

For purchases which is cancelled by inappropriate reasons from customer such as change of mind will not be accepted and not eligible for refund.

Refund Method

Refund amount will be made through direct bank transfer from KW99 to customer's preferred bank account after verifying the eligibility of the refund.
